Group Fitness 

A variety of classes are offered to improve  health, muscle strength, flexibility, and stamina. Classes last one hour and are open to all levels. All instructors are certified and hold a current CPR and First aid certification. Please advise instructors of any existing physical limitation prior to the start of class, as modifications for all exercises exist. 

Registration

There is no additional cost for any of the fitness classes; only a valid ID and towel are required to participate. Spaces are limited, and are on a first come first serve basis. Class day, time and Instructor vary each tri.

Survival of the Fittest-  The perfect fusion of yoga, pilates, and good o' calisthenics matched with a concentration on a strong powerful breath. This class will burn the fat off your body, give you great legs, arms, abs, and make you strong!

Capoeira- Afro-Brazilian form of martial arts that incorporates dance like form, music, and one-on -one contact that is used to promote physical fitness and grace of movement.

FIT101-Faculty/Staff Only Experience a variety of training methods each week ranging from Yoga to Boot camp. Reach any and all your fitness goals with this dynamic class designed to challenge and motive any BODY!

Kickboxing-Cardio! Cardio! Cardio! Burn over 500 calories with 60 mins of intense kickboxing moves and routines that firm your abs, legs, and arms.  Improve your cardiovascular endurance while listening to high energy and hip music.

Body Sculpting-Tone and condition your muscles with a series of free weight exercises with short bursts of step tothat will reshape your entire body and increase your metabolism.

Pilates- Stretch and strengthen muscles, while opening joints and releasing tension. Dramatically improve strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination.  Exercises, that target the core muscles, are performed on the mat using a variety of equipment; including bands, Pilates ring, and belts.

Pro Circut- Train like an athlete with this high intensity circut training designed to keep your body guessing. For all levels, excellent for those who need to push their performance thresholds in strength, endurance, and speed.

Salsa Dance- Learn some of one of the hottest Latin Dances!  Let one of Miami’s best  Instructors teach you moves that you can take right to the club. Class trips to nearby Latin dance clubs offered throughout the trimesters. Class is progressively taught and steps are built on from day one, it is recommended to consistently attend class from the beginning. Bring a friend, however no partner is necessary.

Tennis- San Souci Tennis Center. All levels are welcome, beginners are encouraged to participate and advanced players will be challenged with professional instruction.  Come to learn the basic techniques and rules of the game while getting a thorough cardiovascular workout.  Don’t have a racquet? Yoga-Improve your flexibility, posture, and balance with traditional Yoga poses that encourage efficient breathing and concentration. Elongating your muscles helps to achieve a long lean look and it’s a great way to relieve stress, build discipline, and improve mental clarity.
