Men’s Golf Remains No. 8 in Latest NAIA Men’s Golf Coaches’ Top 25

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 6, 2018)
-- The NAIA released its latest men's golf coaches' Top 25 poll on Friday with the Johnson & Wales Wildcats remaining in the No. 8 spot among the nation's elite.

This marks the program's 100th-consecutive appearance in the NAIA Coaches' Poll.

The Wildcats are coming off a sixth-place finish at the Battle at the Shores (April 2-3). JWU took on a field of 17 teams, featuring 16 NCAA Division II schools, including six ranked in the D-II Top 25. It marked the 12th top-six finish of the season. On the year, JWU has registered a team stroke-average of 290.26 over 12 events with 16 individual top-10 finishes, nine top-5, and two medalists.  

JWU will travel to Rocky Face, Georgia, to take part in the Roadrunner Classic hosted by Dalton State April 9-10.
