NORTH MIAMI, Fla. (Oct. 25, 2017) – The Johnson & Wales women's volleyball team (7-18, 0-12 TSC) dropped a 3-0 decision (25-18, 25-18, 25-21) to Keiser University (9-18, 6-7 TSC) in Sun Conference action on Wednesday evening from the Wildcat Center.

JWU was led by Savannah Swenson, who posted a .370 attack percentage with a match-high 19 kills. Anissa Giammona led the Lady Wildcats with 25 assists and was one dig shy of a double-double. Bianca Torres led the squad with 10 digs on the evening.

JWU could not overcome a .133 hitting percentage on the night, while Keiser ended the contest hitting .243. A third-set rally in which the Lady Wildcats led for most of the frame fell short, 25-21, for the 3-0 loss.

JWU will face Fisk University on the campus of Florida National University on Thursday, Oct. 26. First serve is set for 5:00 p.m. ET.
