AVE MARIA, Fla. (October 9, 2019) – Recording her seventh hat trick of the season and 11th of her career, junior Savannah Jackson helped lead the Johnson & Wales (Fla.) women's soccer team (8-2-0, 3-1-0 TSC) to a 5-1 win at Ave Maria (1-9-0, 0-3-0 TSC) on Wednesday night.
Despite falling behind, 1-0, following a goal by AMU's Meghan Precord in the 14th minute, JWU responded with the equalizer in the 15th minute on a goal by freshman Versailles Clark. The goal was the first of Clark's career and began a string of five-straight goals scored by the Wildcats.
