Phil Glatzer is entering his third year as assistant coach. A Miami Florida native, Phil brings eleven years of soccer coaching experience at the high school and club levels . He currently is the Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at TERRA Environmental Research Institute and has coached club soccer at Miami Premier Soccer Club and South Kendall Sunblazers. 

In addition to his coaching experience, Phil has over 20 years experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer. He served as Head Athletic Trainer for the United States Soccer Federation traveling with the Under 21 National Teams, Head Athletic Trainer for the Seattle Sounders and Head Athletic Trainer for Women's Soccer at Oklahoma State University. 

Phil attended Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida where he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training in 1993 and has Masters of Science Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Oklahoma State University (2002). 

Phil currently holds a an Advanced Regional Diploma coaching license from the NSCAA and a United Soccer Coaches Association Level 2 Goalkeeper License .
